1. What’s included in your bundled floor system?
Our bundled system includes everything from the insulated concrete floor slab, underfloor heating (UFH), to screed installation — all managed by one team under one scope. This removes trade overlap, reduces site conflict, and ensures a seamless, high-quality floor delivery from start to finish.
2. How do you prevent delays or rework during installation?
We use our SALTIRE™ 7-step method to plan, coordinate, test and quality-check each layer before and after install. That means pressure-tested UFH, surface inspections, and programme-aligned sequencing — so we deliver first time, on time, every time.
3. Do you provide documentation and compliance certificates?
Yes - every project comes with a full handover pack, including pressure test certification for UFH, drying guidance, screed QA checks, and O&M manuals where required. This ensures your site is fully compliant and sign-off ready without delays.
4. What types of screeds do you offer?
We offer traditional sand & cement screeds as well as flowing (liquid) screeds, depending on the needs of the project, drying times, and whether UFH is being installed. We’ll recommend the best solution to suit your spec, performance needs, and timeline.
5. Can you align with our site programme and other trades?
Yes. We work backwards from your key dates and programme milestones, and coordinate closely with other trades (plumbers, joiners, fit-out crews). Our team is known for being professional, proactive, and easy to work with — which is why contractors bring us back for future phases.
